Providing Access To Healing (PATH)

Lakeshore Community Health Care partnered with the Sheboygan Area School District, United Way and Mental Health America to offer school-based counseling (mental health) services. School Based mental health services are designed to support students within the school day removing barriers and stigma to accessing this type of care. We're able to provide a more comprehensive approach for students needing additional support at school by working together with both the family and the school.
